Public-source research

Opportunity records may draw on planning applications, tender notices, appointments, project announcements, contractor activity, construction news and other public material. Sources can be incomplete, delayed, revised or withdrawn. A recorded URL shows provenance; it does not guarantee accuracy or future project delivery.

AI-assisted research

AI-assisted outputs can contain errors and should be reviewed before contact, bidding or other commercial decisions. Opportunity scores and next actions are prioritisation aids, not forecasts or guarantees.

No guaranteed volume or outcome

“Up to 10 newly researched opportunities per day” is a capacity limit, not a daily guarantee. Irrelevant records are not added to meet a quota. No contract award, revenue or success rate is promised.

Third-party names

Third-party product and company names belong to their respective owners. Comparative references explain a category difference and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
