Construction leads and project intelligence FAQs

Understand how Construction Signal finds and qualifies UK construction opportunities, who it supports, what the CRM does and what the service does not claim.

Service and opportunity research

What is Construction Signal?

Construction Signal is a configured construction opportunity intelligence service. It discovers public project signals, researches and qualifies suitable opportunities, and delivers them into a private working CRM. Start with the construction opportunity workflow.

Where do the project signals come from?

Signals may include planning applications, tender notices, consultant appointments, contractor activity, project announcements and construction news. Available public URLs are retained as evidence, but public information can change and should be reviewed before a commercial decision.

What makes a lead qualified?

A candidate is assessed against the customer's agreed products or services, sectors, geography, useful project stages and other positive or negative signals. A useful record explains its evidence and a possible next action; a score is a prioritisation aid, not a forecast. See how qualified leads differ from database records.

Fit, volume and workflow

Who is Construction Signal for?

It is designed for specialist contractors, subcontractors, product manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, fit-out businesses, mechanical and electrical specialists, and focused construction sales teams. Read the specialist construction use cases.

Are 10 opportunities per day guaranteed?

No. The service can research up to 10 new opportunities per day, depending on the customer's agreed criteria and the availability of suitable opportunities. Irrelevant records are not added merely to meet a quota.

Is the CRM shared between customers?

No. Each customer receives a separately configured private deployment and database. Team members can claim opportunities, record activity and schedule follow-up in that working environment.

Pricing and next steps

How much does Construction Signal cost?

The published price is £1,500 for configuration and deployment, followed by £299 per month for ongoing intelligence, CRM access, hosting, maintenance and support. Review the full pricing and inclusions.

What will a demonstration cover?

The conversation is used to understand what you sell, your market, project stages and geography, then explain how those criteria could shape discovery, qualification and workflow. A demonstration does not promise a volume of suitable projects or a commercial result.
